Changes~
Changes... I have decided to reach out to counseling and see if I can work through some of these anxiety feelings. I beed to deal with the sadness I feel over losing mom and dad. I have also decided to send back the CPAP machine. It causes me more anxiety to use it than the fact that it was supposed to help me. My endoscopy study showed a little hiatal hernia, inflammation in my stomach and esophagus problems to I am on Prilosec to help with the reflux. I am really trying to work on myself and get better for my upcoming events. Life is hard sometimes, and when you don't have your health, it is harder. A couple of doc appointments next week with botox, Broomfield family practice and chiropractic. Dear god, please walk along besides me and guide me through this valley. Thank you, Susan
