A beautiful little trip to Estes Park~

Our little vacation to Estes Park was a wonderful respite from

the city.

The clean air, the running stream and the mountain views were

all perfect for 3 days.

This is the view from our condo #9.

We walked the dogs downtown on Tuesday and Wednesday.

They are doing a lot of roadwork in the area so many stores were closed

and there were many detours.

The downtown river was running fast and had lots of spring runoff in it.

The lake was beautiful and the elk enjoyed the grass by the lake.

We had a car picnic at the YMCA of the Rockies.

The dogs always love going to the mountains, and so do I.

Kent picked up Post chicken on Wednesday night for dinner.

It was really good and had a fantastic flavor.

We headed home on Thursday morning and I did laundry and went to 

the store.
