30 days of wellness~
I took Sunny on a nice walk to the park. It is nice to have cool mornings
because she hates being hot.
We walked for almost an hour. It was delightful.
30 days of healthy eating. Nothing like the first of a new month to inspire me.
I don't like feeling like crap so I am taking back my health
and cutting a few things out of my diet to see if
I will feel better.
Yesterday, I had frosted mini wheats for breakfast.
Grapes and an apple with peanut butter for snack and
a chicken thigh and salad for dinner.
I will continue to go to the rec center this month to improve my health.
Happy June...I love summer.
