A new scale~
A new scale. Weight watchers body analysis. Tried it this morning.
Weighed 134.6. Tried the body analysis mode, but it didn't photograph very well.
I will try again tomorrow.
Weighed myself on the kitchen scale and this is what my weight was this morning.
I will continue to eat better.
I will only weigh myself on the new scale to be more accurate.
I have come to realize how important portion size is to losing weight.
We all get caught in a trap of eating what is put on our plate without
understanding that portions sizes are different to with protein, carbs, fat and veggies.
I found this poster to help me out.
Seems veggies are unlimited. I guess I need to have more veggies.
Day 2 of eating better. I had a whole wheat English muffin with peanut butter.
Carbs and protein.
Later I will have some fruit for a snack.
