Making myself accountable~
Making myself accountable. Monday June 28th. I would like to lose 4 pounds.
This is very hard. Cutting calories makes me hungry. The covid pounds
need to go.
Today marks the starting of a 2 week eating plan that includes
fewer calories. I will weigh everyday to mark the progress.
I will also continue to work out on the bike and rowing machine
and maybe the elliptical.
You can do this Susan. You have the willpower to give up
things for a couple of weeks.
Goal...132!!!

Beautiful view of the mountains from the rec center. We have blue sky
with white clouds and no sign of smoke. Thank God.
We have had quite a few days of rain so everything is so green.
