The urologist and the PA at National Jewish~

I wasn't too impressed with this consult with the urologist.

Did she do an exam...no.

Did she check my urine...no.

I felt it was a waste of my copay and of my time.

Will I go on with the checking of my bladder, probably not.

I had an appointment with Cori and she gave me some things to 

work on with my breathing.

I cried and she said that was fine, let them out, never hold them in.

She is a very compassionate PA and I will work on the

process of learning to breathe again.

Laying down, sitting up and standing and breathing from the side of my ribs.

I pray this works.
