Light at the end of a tunnel~
To become aware of the prospect of success, relief or escape...I am so ready to see the light at the end of this covid tunnel. Daily I think about how and when things will return to a normal pace. This new year brings a new sense of wonderment in our life. Will the virus go away? Will we be able to go back to normal? Will our families be able to reconnect and gather? Will activities that were once a part of our daily routine come back? So many questions...so many hopes.
Yesterday, I took Sunny on another walk and did about 9377 steps. She lasted quite a while before she petered out. I carried her for a block or so until she wanted to walk more. She loves to walk and I love to walk with her. Her perseverance is just what I need. In the times of wanting to give up, I have learned to take a little rest and continue on. Thank you Sunny for reminding me there is light at the end of the quarantine tunnel.
I passed some trees and just by chance I looked up only to see the biggest hawk sitting quietly amongst the other birds. I wish I had my fancy camera to capture the picture, but the phone camera was perfect at the moment.
I need to remember to look up , lots of things look different if I just look up to the sky.
Happy Wednesday!
