Breast cancer awareness walk on the 8th~

 

Yesterday, we took mom on our breast cancer awareness walk.

Just a little over a mile we pushed her in her wheelchair.

The sun was warm and the leaves were pretty.

I wore some of my breast cancer bracelets.

Most of the way, she had her eyes closed, a pancake in her mouth and 

didn't really want to be on the walk.

However, when we asked a stranger to take our picture, she opened her eyes and

smiled for the camera.  

Our day was complete with lunch at Kanes and a picnic at the park to honor papa.

Miss you dad.  

This morning the 9th, I heard another owl outside.
