No mask at the rec center~

This is a first in over a year...mask free at the rec center.

I road the bike for 45 minutes and then did the arm bike for 10 minutes.

I am trying to give my foot a rest so it doesn't get any worse.

Sunday was a very relaxing day.  I watched movies and just relaxed

in the recliner.

Kent got home around 3:00 from the airport and got me a Freddies for dinner.

Dad fell yesterday at morning star and had kind of a bad day yesterday.

Kristin and Murray will check on him today.

Today is Monday the 17th and Kinsley is 2 weeks old.  That went fast!!!

I will plant my tomatoes today.  They look very sad so I might need to 

buy new ones from Lowes.
