A sad day in Boulder~

I was tired today, but I did my 3 miles on the elliptical and 2 miles on the treadmill. 

A reflection of the snow covered landscape at the rec center.

We got another 4 inches of beautiful snow.

A very sad day in Boulder, Colorado where a lone gunman shot and

killed 10 people at a King Soopers.  My thoughts and prayers go out to

the families.
