What a day on Wednesday ~

 Yesterday I filled out paperwork for my up coming doc appt.  What a pain in the butt!

I had to call Cigna, get approval to go to this doctor and fill out paperwork and take it to the facility.

Drew was kind enough to print it out for me and I drove it the 35 minutes to Aurora, dropped it off at a very active campus and talked to a very nice manager who then informed me that she had faxed it back to Cigna.

I am starting to find out that having great insurance is a must.  Finding great insurance is harder.

Went to the rec center about 2:30 yesterday afternoon and road the bike and did 5 minutes on the elliptical and huffed and puffed.

Dinner was pop corn and I watched Chicago Med.  Lights out at 8:00pm.
