Monday, MLK day and the eye doc~

It was a great Monday.

I went to exercise at the rec center with Tracy's class.

Then I walked the track for 2 miles.

It feels so good to move.

I wore my new pink shoes to class and to walk.

I might need to put the inserts into my new shoes.  I do not want planters faciaitis

again....no no way!!!

  

Came home and had lunch.

Went to the eye doc and found out I have cataracts.  Not bad enough for 

surgery, but bad enough to make me squint...a lot!

New prescription for me and new glasses in my future.

It was Martin Luther King Jr. day.  Spreading kindness is good.
