Silver sneakers and an old friend~

Thursday I did silver sneakers again at the new rec center.  I saw an old friend there

and it was wonderful to reconnect with her.  It's been 3 years.

I also walked the track and did another class at the Paul Derda.

Moving my body feels good and I am so happy I can.

Today I will join another class at 8:30am.
