A little sewing therapy~

Sometimes my therapy is cutting out fabric for tea towels.

I like to call it 

"repurpose with a purpose"

right now I am making funny Halloween towels and 

monster towels.

So yesterday after my chiropractor appt. I came home and

got out my sewing machine and started sewing the

towels I cut out on Sunday.

I think this one is my favorite.  A silly witch with a big nose.

Here is the cupcake one I gave to Kinsley.

I love finding unique towels at the thrift store and giving them

a new facelift.

Trying so hard to find my spark again with exercise and walking.

I wish my eyes weren't so sensitive to the sunlight.

I will do some baby steps today and see if I can move forward.
