17,000 steps and a new Disney shirt~

I was a busy girl yesterday.

I did the morning senior class, the instructor was teaching the class for Tracy who

was on a cruise.  She worked these little senior people really hard.

She was a good instructor, but maybe a little more than we could handle.

I walked a mile before the class and another mile after the class.

I came home and had lunch and went back to the 2:00 class.

Dinner was left over chicken and potato salad.

It was a good day.

When I shopped at Walmart yesterday, I found this shirt for Disney Land.

I thought it was very cute and it was under 10 dollars.
